Weekly Rates (7 Nights)

January - May : $3,500 ( $500 / Extra Day )

June - August : $2,800 ( $400 / Extra Day )

September - December 15th : $2,400 ( $350 / Extra Day )

Thanksgiving Week $4,000

Christmas / New Year Weeks $6,000

Note: Rates include all taxes.

Rental Policy

Casa Jose is normally rented on a weekly basis. Daily rentals (minimum of 3 days) or daily extensions to a weekly rental period are allowed on an "as available basis." Reduced rates are available for rentals of two weeks or more.

Check - In Time : 3:00 PM

Check - Out Time : 11:00 AM

Exceptions to normal check-in / check-out times are allowed if they do not conflict with other reservations.

Payment Policy

• $500 Reservation Deposit required at contract signing
• $500 Security / Damage Deposit required at contract signing
  • Fully refundable following check-out inspection
• Full Rental Payment required 30 days prior to check-in
• Check, Visa, Mastercard, and debit cards accepted.

In case of "no shows or cancellations," rental payments are refundable only if owner is able to rent Casa Jose for the reserved week.
